High Court in environmental judicial review proceedings, grants an order admitting the case to the commercial planning and strategic infrastructure development list, with additional procedural orders, on the grounds that applicant has made out an ample case for admitting the matter to the list by virtue of the application of the terms of the relevant Rules of the Superior Courts and practice directions.
