Court of Appeal dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms order to extradite to the US a person accused of drug trafficking and money laundering who had been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, on the grounds that the appeal court could not interfere with findings of fact made by the trial judge in relation to whether the accused would be subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment.
