Court of Appeal allows appeal against the severity of sentence of 18 months' imprisonment imposed for issuing 93 false invoices after a wife took over the running of a company from her husband, and suspends the final six months of the sentence, on the grounds that a failure to identify a headline sentence, coupled with other factors not mentioned by the sentencing judge, amounted to an error in principle.
