Court of Appeal dismisses appeal from a nine-year prison sentence handed down to a man for his role in a cannabis trafficking operation involving drugs valued at €2.56 million, on the grounds of the serious nature of the offence and the appellant's significant involvement, despite mitigating factors such as an early guilty plea and difficult personal circumstances.
