Supreme Court dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms order refusing judicial review of a decision of the Minister for Agriculture to prohibit the fishing of nephrops norvegicus, where the Court of Justice of the European Union had delivered a ruling in light of a preliminary reference from the Supreme Court, and confirmed that the Minister had been entitled to adopt the methodology used in deciding on the prohibition, and that the words 'data' and 'information' in the relevant EU legislation should be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Common Fisheries Policy.
