High Court refuses to dismiss a personal injuries action arising out of a road traffic accident, finding that the plaintiff gave her evidence, so far as accuracy was concerned, to the best of her ability and did not attempt to mislead the court; and the court awards damages in the sum of €32,500, of which €27,500 was attributed to damages for pain and suffering, €7,500 for future pain and suffering and €62,500 for general damages.
