Court of Appeal quashes sentence for endangerment and substitutes new sentence, finding that in all the circumstances of the case the full suspension of the original sentence rendered the sentence unduly lenient.
Offence: one count of endangerment contrary to s. 13 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997 (four public order charges taken into consideration)
Original sentence: four years, suspended in full for eight years
Appeal by: prosecution (statutory application)
Outcome: new sentence substituted of fours years with two years suspended for two years
