High Court grants leave to issue and serve a third party notice on the grandmother of an infant plaintiff, who was also the infant's next friend, where the infant's injuries had been sustained while climbing on a wall and railing at a construction site and the defendant alleged that the grandmother had been negligent in her supervision of the infant, on the grounds that any conflict of interest of the grandmother as next friend and as third party would be dealt with by the assistance of the infant plaintiff's solicitors and that the infant plaintiff's interests would not be compromised.
