High Court grants an order of certiorari quashing a decision of An Bord Pleanála to grant planning permission for wind turbines to the Notice Party, on the grounds that: (1) the Board wrote to the applicants previously consenting to an order of certiorari on the grounds relating to the inadequate particulars of the design; and (2) it would not be lawful to order remittal of the matter to the Board as the conceded ground was one that went to the validity of the application.
