Supreme Court dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms judgment in the sum of €768,016 against two defendants, and in the sum of €223,533 against two other defendants, where all defendants had executed guarantees concerning loans to a limited company, on the grounds that the lender had adduced sufficient evidence of debt, and that the defendants had failed to establish that the statutory regime created a commercial advantage to the lender.
