High Court, in application seeking leave to issue execution, grants a bank an adjournment to file a further affidavit to address the evidential deficits, including the failure to provide an explanation for the delay in seeking execution, on the grounds that the defendant would not be materially prejudiced by a short delay, and it is in the interests of justice that all relevant evidence is before the court.
