Court of Appeal dismisses appeal of drug possession convictions and sentences of 10 and 12 years' imprisonment respectively, finding that: a) the trial judge correctly permitted evidence of a large sum of cash found to be given where neither accused was charged with an offence specific to the cash since it was circumstantial evidence to be weighed in the balance alongside the other evidence; b) identification evidence was properly dealt with by the trial judge; and c) there was no error or principle on the part of the sentencing judge.
