High Court awards damages in the amount of €75,000 plus special damages, which is to be discounted by 15% for contributory negligence, to a bus driver who was stabbed in the course of his employment, in circumstances where the risk of assault was a reasonably foreseeable risk that should have been addressed by the plaintiff’s employer.
