Court of Appeal affirms High Court's decision to prohibit the appellants from dealing with their property under proceeds of crime legislation, rejecting the appeal and ordering the appellants to pay the costs of the proceedings, on the grounds that there was no basis for departing from the general rule that costs follow the event, including the fact the appellants were legally aided; The Bureau was entirely successful in the appeal; and the appellants failed to demonstrate any special reasons to deviate from the normal costs rule.
