The High Court refused judicial review of the Minister's decision to affirm Removal and Exclusion Orders against a Lithuanian national, who had been convicted of drug cultivation offences, on the grounds of public policy and public security. The court found that the orders were made in accordance with the 2015 Regulations, were reasoned, and were made fairly and proportionately. The court rejected the applicant's arguments that the orders lacked clarity, failed to give reasons for the exclusion period, and improperly assessed his propensity to re-offend. The court also found no failure in considering the applicant's rights under Article 8 ECHR.
