High Court, whilst case managing proceedings which have been delayed for a period of nine months due to the plaintiff’s consistent failure to comply with judicial direction, proposes to deal with remaining matters in a short time period and directs that the matter be sent to the jury, as sought by the plaintiff.
Application to transfer proceedings to the jury list – case management – number of different cases taken by the plaintiff - interlocutory motions – previous hearings – discovery motion – inspection - application for the Court to recuse itself – alleged dishonest actions of the Courts Service - failed to address with any level of specificity his purported issues with this discovery made by the Courts Service – failed to comply with Court direction in relation to inspection - proceedings have now been delayed for a period of nine months due to the plaintiff’s consistent failure to comply with judicial direction – case manage remaining matters in short time – matter to be sent to jury list when remaining matters dealt with.
