Court of Appeal, having determined that a sentence for the possession of drugs with a high value was unduly lenient, substitutes a sentence of five years with the final one suspended on the drugs charge and a charge of possession of a concealed firearm with ammunition, to run concurrently, on the grounds that the aggravating factors had to be balanced against the undoubted mitigating factors which had been taken into account.
