High Court, on appeal from the Circuit Court in judicial separation proceedings, grants an order of judicial separation, as well as ancillary orders, to include: (a) an order for a 'nesting' arrangement, to last until 2026, whereby the three children of the marriage would live in the family home and the father and the mother would live with them alternately; and (b) an order that the mother should undergo regular drug testing in light of her history of addiction.
