High Court awards damages in the sum of €75,000 to a farmer injured by a bull at a livestock mart, on the grounds that the owners of the mart were responsible for the stock once they had been discharged into the delivery pen, that they had insufficient staff, and that they had adopted an improper system in turning the animals back once one of them had been blocked in the crush.
