European arrest warrant – Northern Ireland – s. 16 of the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 – unlawfully at large and was therefore liable to immediate arrest to “serve the remainder of the sentence imposed by the court” – corresponding Offences and s. 38 (1)(a)(ii) of the Act of 2003 – Article 26 of the Council Framework decision – minimum gravity – preventive detention and s. 37 (1)(b) of the Act of 2003 – sentence for which the Respondent is sought is not one which is unlawful either by reference to the European Convention on Human Rights or the Constitution – surrender ordered.
