High Court dismisses appeal from the Circuit Criminal Court, where the Circuit Court had refused an application to sever an indictment concerning offences relating to two properties, on the grounds that the High Court did not have jurisdiction to hear appeals from criminal matters, and that such appeals were vested solely in the Court of Appeal.
