High Court refuses leave to apply for judicial review of a decision by An Bord Pleanala upholding a grant of permission for a meteorological mast at a wind farm, on the grounds that the relocation of the mast was a modification of the original permitted development that did not change or increase the development in such a manner that it required an environmental impact assessment.
