High Court, in considering whether to make an order for the surrender of the respondent to Poland pursuant to a European Arrest Warrant, adjourns the matter for a short period and directs that the Minister for Justice write to enquire of the issuing judicial authority precisely what the respondent is alleged to have said by way of threat as there was insufficient particulars of the offence given.
