High Court grants order to surrender respondent to the Portuguese Republic to serve a sentence of three years for the offences of aggravated burglary and driving without lawful authority, where a suspended sentence had been revoked at a hearing at which the respondent was not present, on the grounds, inter alia, that the failure of the authorities to notify him of the hearing date was the result of his failure to comply with a condition of the suspended sentence to provide them with an address.
