Court of Appeal upholds a High Court decision that a prisoner serving a sentence can be disciplined under the Prison Rules for misconduct occurring in a courtroom during sentencing, on the grounds that the appellant was in the lawful custody of the prison authorities and thus subject to the Prison Rules; and there was no issue of double jeopardy or unfairness in the disciplinary proceedings.
