Court of Appeal dismisses appeal of murder conviction after the trial judge properly refused to discharge the jury after pleas in respect of manslaughter were accepted for both of the co-accused, leaving the appellant as the sole remaining accused, on the grounds that the judge would be called on to warn the jury to have regard to the contents of interviews only in relation to the individual interviewee and, as the interviews were not relevant in the cases of the other co-accused, the conviction is safe.
