High Court grants order that occupants vacate property, where the registered owners had purchased the property with vacant possession from a finance company, on the grounds that: (a) the occupants of the property, being a former owner and his tenant, had failed to show any entitlement to remain in possession; (b) the former owner of the property had made allegations of fraud against a third party, but failed to provide evidence of it; (c) the allegations of fraud had not been directed at the applicant; and (d) in the absence of any challenge to the registration of the applicant as owner of the property, the register should be considered conclusive.
