Supreme Court dismisses appeals from High Court, and affirms refusal of application to dismiss bankruptcy summonses, where no real and substantial issue had arisen in relation to either summons: a) in the case of one debtors as to the calculation of interest; and b) in the case of the other debtors as to a number of issues, including alleged delay and prejudice on the part of the trial judge.
