Court of Appeal dismisses appeal of High Court rejection of a claim of alleged bullying and harassment while in the employment of An Garda Síochána, on the grounds that: a) the appellant has not identified any valid grounds of appeal; b) the accusation that the High Court judge was objectively bias was not made out; and c) the trial judge had proper regard to her viva voce evidence before deciding to dismiss the claim.
