High Court grants mandatory injunction giving possession to the plaintiffs in relation to three properties, stopping the defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs' control of the properties and requiring them to vacate same, on the grounds that: the plaintiffs put forward a strong case that they are likely to succeed at the trial of the action; and that, on the balance of convenience, should the injunction be refused, damages may not be available to the plaintiff.
