High Court upholds the decision to grant permission for minor amendments to an already authorised office development in Dublin city center, including a ground floor extension and elevational alterations. The court found no evidence of significant environmental impact or adverse effects on European sites, thereby dismissing all nine grounds of challenge against the decision. The amendments were deemed consistent with proper planning and sustainable development, and the court ruled that the decision-making process was legally sound.
