High Court: (a) grants order to set aside an earlier order for possession of the defendants' family home, where the defendants had been prevented by illness from attending the hearing and had attempted to communicate this to the plaintiffs; and (b) grants order substituting one plaintiff for another on foot of prima facie evidence that the initial plaintiff had transferred the relevant loans to the new plaintiff.
