High Court orders the surrender of the respondent to the Slovak Republic on foot of two European Arrest Warrants, on the grounds that, in relation to the first warrant: there was no doubt as to the number of charges the respondent is facing; and in relation to the second warrant: the offence listed clearly corresponds to the offence of theft in this jurisdiction, and the failure to identify the precise date of the offence was not a reason to refuse surrender.
