The High Court, in a supplemental judgment arising from a case concerning breach of fiduciary duties: (a) dismissed the claim of one plaintiff due to lack of evidence of a contractual nexus with the defendants; (b) orders the principal defendant to provide an account of profits from a student accommodation scheme; (c) orders other defendants to accounts for profits proportionate to the principal defendant's shareholding interest; (d) dismisses the claim against some of the defendants; and (e) makes orders as to costs arising from the foregoing orders.
