High Court rules in favor of the plaintiff, a partner in a firm, granting him the right to recover contributions from the remaining partners for their share of the losses incurred by the firm, on the grounds that the plaintiff had overpaid his share by €192,881, while the first and second defendants underpaid by €138,112 and €62,863, respectively; and the plaintiff successfully demonstrated that he had repaid his withdrawals in full and was not required to account for any profit made from those funds.
