Court of Appeal allows appeal against the severity of sentences of two years' imprisonment with the last six months suspended - imposed for indecent assault which occurred in the 1960s while the appellant was the neighbour of the young victim, and increases the period of suspension to final 15 months, on the grounds that the balance that was struck by the judge between the portion of the sentence to be actually served and the sentence that could be suspended was inappropriate.
