High Court rules in favour of the plaintiff, a commercial vehicle provider, granting summary judgment for the recovery of €117,500.17 from the defendant, a former director who provided a personal guarantee, the sum including both a termination fee from a Hire-Purchase Agreement (HPA) and charges for miscellaneous services rendered to the defendant's company, on the grounds that the defendant's personal guarantee covered all transactions with the plaintiff, and not just the HPA.
