High Court refuses to grant leave to present a petition concerning the outcome of a referendum, on the grounds that: (a) the petitioner had failed to establish that there was anything inaccurate or misleading about a leaflet circulated by the Referendum Commission; (b) no evidence had been presented that any voters had been misled by the statements in the leaflet; (c) government ministers had been entitled to make statements in favour of the proposed amendment to the constitution; and (d) no evidence had been presented of any electoral irregularity.
