High Court reaffirms its decision to strike out the proceedings, rejecting the plaintiffs' submissions to revisit the judgment and continue litigating the substantive issues. The plaintiffs were reminded of their right to appeal without delay as per the Rules of the Superior Courts (RSC). The court also ordered the plaintiffs to pay the defendants' costs for the proceedings and applications, with no basis granted for a stay on this order.
