Court of Appeal overturns High Court's decision to set aside an extension of time for the appellants to bring a judicial review application against An Bord Pleanála's grant of permission to a telecommunications company to erect a mast near their home, where the appellants raised concerns of bias and procedural irregularities, on the grounds that the public interest in the integrity of the planning process outweighed the commercial interests involved; and the court grants the appellants an extension of time to challenge the decision.
