High Court, in supplemental judgment: (a) grants a 'post judgment freezing order' restraining the defendant from reducing her assets below €929,000 pending the enforcement or execution of the judgment, and an order for discovery in aid of execution, on the grounds that the successful plaintiff would otherwise be denied an effective remedy; and (b) determines that the defendant's old age pension was sufficient to meet her living needs such that no allowance should be made in that respect or for business expenses or any further legal costs.
Earlier judgment granting judgment - stay on lodgement of over €929K in court - time-limited injunction restraining the defendant from reducing her assets below €929K pending issue of notice of motion - whether undertaking as to damages was required in post-judgment injunction - whether injunction should include provision for living expenses, business expenses and the defendant's own costs.
