High Court remits property-related proceedings to the Circuit Court, in circumstances where: (1) the market value of the property is significantly less than the High Court jurisdictional threshold of €3 million; (2) the case does not exhibit any special circumstances or unusual points of law that would merit the matter remaining in the High Court, despite its unusual background.
