High Court, on appeal from Circuit Court, grants decree of divorce together with ancillary orders in relation to properties in Ireland and France, provision for adult children who were under disabilities and a grandchild for whom one party exercised a parental role, and makes order for costs against one party who had initiated frivolous motions.
