High Court grants application for leave for judicial review of Circuit Court possession order of family home provided that an amended statement of grounds is filed, on the grounds that a refusal to adjourn the matter in the Circuit Court after a number of individuals were held in contempt of court, and the applicant was denied access to documentation, amounted to arguable grounds that fair procedures may have been breached.
