High Court grants stay on An Bord Pleanála’s determination of an appeal of Limerick County Council’s decision to place a property on the vacant sites register, finding that there is no prejudice to the council by allowing the judicial review to proceed, and if the applicants are ultimately unsuccessful, the levy under the vacant sites legislation can be backdated.
