High Court grants order striking out an application by the Attorney General for the extradition of a man charged with assault with intent to rob, more than 20 years prior to the application, where: (a) the respondent accused had failed to address the issue of delay and whether he had caused or contributed to it; but (b) enquiries had been made from the Russian Federation arising from concerns that accused persons might not obtain a fair trial, and they had failed to avail of repeated opportunities to respond to them.
