High Court refuses an application for interlocutory injunctive relief sought by a mother and son to prevent the sale of their farm. The plaintiffs' application was based on three main grounds: non-receipt of loan transfer letters, an alleged flaw in the appointment of the receiver, and a dispute over a 2004 mortgage. The court found no fair question to be tried on any of the grounds and concluded that the balance of convenience favored refusing the relief sought. The court's decision allows the scheduled public auction of the farm to proceed, with the second plaintiff's house already removed from the sale by the receiver's undertaking.
