Court of Appeal dismisses appeal against the severity of sentence of 13 years' imprisonment imposed for aggravated sexual assault and causing serious harm, finding that the ultimate sentence of thirteen years' imprisonment was in fact lenient, although it was within the sentencing judge’s range of discretion.
