Court of Appeal dismisses appeal against the severity of a five-year prison sentence (with final year suspended) imposed on the appellant in respect of a burglary offence in which a garda was injured, on the grounds that the sentence arrived at by the judge followed a consideration by him of all relevant matters, and the sentence imposed was proportionate and just.
