Court of Appeal dismisses an appeal against an aggregate sentence of seven-and-a-half years imprisonment with the final three years suspended, imposed for burglary, assault and shoplifting, finding that the sentences will not be interfered with, save in respect to the sentence that exceeded the statutory maximum of six months, since they were within the margin of appreciation.
